Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join our organization. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of human resources, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring the overall well-being and satisfaction of our employees. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, strong knowledge of HR policies and practices, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism.

  • HR Strategy and Planning
  • Employee Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Employee Relations and Engagement
  • Manage Employee Salaries & Pay Slips
  • Post Hiring Ads and Posts on Recruitment Channels
  • Coordinate with Company Management
  • Create a Secure Environment for Female Staff
  • Performance Management
  • Compensation and Benefits Administration
  • HR Policies and Compliance
  • HR Metrics and Reporting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and other HR software.
  • Relevant HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are desirable.
