Officer - HR Operations

Location: Islamabad

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (MBA preferred).

Experience: 2+ years of minimum experience in HR operations or generalist roles.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

2. Generate and analyze HR reports to support decision-making.

3. Monitor attendance, leave records, and manage time-off processes.

4. Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, deductions, and adjustments.

5. Maintain up-to-date and compliant personnel files in line with labor laws.

6. Assist with statutory compliance (e.g., P.F, PESSI) and HR audits.

7. Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures. .

8. Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.

9. Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies.

10. Manage onboarding and induction processes for new hires.

11. Manage employee exit formalities, including conducting exit interviews.

12. Ensure adherence to company policies and code of conduct across functions.
