1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales, service, technical, and support staff
- Coordinate with HODs on manpower requisition, budgeting, and approvals
- Manage onboarding, documentation, and probation evaluations
- Maintain talent pipelines for critical dealership roles
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Oversee attendance, leave management, shift schedules, and roster controls
- Manage employee records, contracts, transfers, confirmations, and exits
- Ensure smooth execution of joining, transfers, and full & final settlements
- Maintain HR MIS and dashboards for management review
3. Payroll, Compensation & Benefits
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing with accuracy and compliance
- Manage incentives, commissions, overtime, and attendance-based deductions
- Implement and administer benefits (Provident Fund, insurance, leave encashment, etc.)
- Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws and company policies
4. Performance Management & Appraisals
- Implement PMS and ensure timely goal setting and evaluations
- Support HODs in performance reviews, increments, and promotions
- Track KPIs for sales, service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions
5. Training & Development
- Identify training needs in coordination with department heads
- Organize internal and external trainings (sales, customer handling, grooming, technical)
- Maintain training calendars, attendance, and effectiveness reports
- Support leadership development and succession planning
6. Employee Relations & Discipline
- Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and concerns
- Ensure discipline, code of conduct, and workplace behavior compliance
- Handle misconduct cases, investigations, warnings, and penalties
- Promote a positive, professional, and performance-driven culture
7. Policy Implementation & Compliance
- Implement HR policies, SOPs, and dealership code of conduct
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, audit requirements, and internal controls
- Support inspections, audits, and management reviews
- Recommend policy improvements aligned with business needs
8. Engagement & Culture Building
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and events
- Support communication between management and employees
- Organize town halls, appreciation sessions, and internal campaigns
- Strengthen employer branding within the automobile market

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in automobile or retail sector
- Prior experience handling multi-department or multi-brand operations preferred
