Human Resources Manager

NCRi Solution is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations while driving process improvement, compliance, and people-focused initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and digital HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Strategy

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations including payroll, attendance, policies, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks aligned with business needs.
  • Drive HR process improvement, digitization, and system optimization.

Compliance & Employee Relations

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, audits, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Support internal and external audits and maintain HR documentation standards.

Recruitment & Workforce Planning

  • Oversee recruitment activities, manpower planning, and workforce budgeting.
  • Partner with hiring managers to align talent strategy with organizational goals.

Stakeholder & Team Management

  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Operations teams for payroll, reporting, and system integration.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop HR team members.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in HR Management / HR Operations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and audits.
  • Experience with HRIS / ERP systems, payroll software, and Excel-based reporting.
  • Proven ability to lead HR transformation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
