Position for hiring: Senior Manager HR (Male / Female)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: 25 years to 40 years
• Qualification: BBA/ MBA/ BS / MASTER (16 years of education in HR , IT, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, BUSINESS, MARKETING)
• Experience: 03 Years Minimum in HR, must be in any full time Corporate office-based job.

Key JD's:

• 01- Staff Tasks / Targets Performance Monitoring , Tracking, Accounatability reportings
• 02- New Hirings, on boarding process, retention and terminations.
• 03- Discipline, employee contract and working SOP's implementations
• 04- Office Environment, Staff Motivations activities
• 05- Overlook adminstrative matter of organization

Office timings: 09:00am to 05:00pm. (Only Sunday Off)

Starting Salary: 90,000/- to 130,000/-
