Executive Personal Assistant

Job Description

One Stop Solutions Provider (OSSP) is seeking a highly organized and dependable Executive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to senior management. The role requires frequent travelling and the ability to manage tasks efficiently while on the move.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
  • Handle emails, calls, and official correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
  • Assist with daily administrative and personal tasks as assigned
  • Travel with the executive when required and provide on-ground support
  • Arrange travel schedules, accommodation, and logistics
  • Maintain confidential files, documents, and records
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Follow up on assigned tasks and deadlines

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant
  • Willingness and availability to travel locally and outstation
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and email handling
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and flexibility
