We are a Digital Marketing company seeking a dynamic and highly organized Female HR Manager & Personal Assistant to join our team. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who is passionate about people management and can also manage day-to-day executive support with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
• Maintain and update HR policies in compliance with labor laws
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Maintain HR records, payroll assistance, and performance appraisals
• Organize staff training and development sessions
• Foster a positive workplace culture

Personal Assistant Duties:

• Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
• Handle travel bookings, hotel arrangements, and itineraries
• Assist with confidential administrative tasks
• Screen calls, emails, and handle communication on behalf of the executive
• Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required
• Coordinate both professional and occasional personal matters

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Female, aged 25–40 (for representation purposes – must comply with local employment laws)
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR or executive support roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Discreet, trustworthy, and highly professional
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English
