In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of creative projects, from designing marketing materials and social media graphics to crafting layouts for websites and presentations.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collaborate with clients or internal teams to understand project goals and target audiences</li><li>Brainstorm and develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines</li><li>Design and produce high-quality graphics for various media, including print, digital, and social media</li><li>Select appropriate colors, fonts, images, and layouts to create visually appealing and effective designs</li><li>Use design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) to create and edit graphics</li><li>Prepare mockups and presentations to showcase design concepts</li><li>Incorporate feedback and make revisions to designs until final approval is achieved</li><li>Ensure all design work meets deadlines and quality standards</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design skills and experience</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)</li><li>Excellent understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality</li></ul>Bonus Points:<ul><li>Experience with web design and user experience (UX) principles</li><li>Knowledge of motion graphics or animation</li><li>Experience working within brand guidelines</li><li>Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)</li></ul>We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as the opportunity to work on a variety of creative projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.If you are a passionate and talented graphic designer who is looking to make a difference, we encourage you to apply!Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
