Key Responsibilities1. HR Operations &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.</li><li>Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance with labor laws.</li><li>Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues promptly.</li></ul>3. Relationship Building<ul><li>Foster strong working relationships with vendors, suppliers, and business partners.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to support operational needs and business growth.</li><li>Represent the company in HR and business partner meetings.</li></ul>4.
