Strategic Operations &amp; Executive PartnerAbout the RoleWe're hiring a Strategic Operations &amp; Executive Partner to work directly with the Founder &amp; CEO of a growing multi-venture ecosystem including:<ul><li>Sypion &ndash; AI &amp; Insurance</li><li>Personal Brand &ndash; PR, TEDx Talks, Instagram &amp; Media</li><li>Imperial Hydroponics &ndash; Agritech</li><li>Ivory Homes &ndash; Real Estate</li></ul>You will act as the Founder&rsquo;s right hand, ensuring execution across all projects, managing systems, and freeing up the Founder&rsquo;s time for high-impact decisions.Key Responsibilities&middot; Track and update all active work streams across multiple businesses&middot; Maintain live dashboards, trackers, and follow-up systems&middot; Assign ownership and timelines for every task discussed in meetings&middot; Create and manage a central document repository (Google Drive, etc.)&middot; Ensure clear naming, version control, and accessibility of documents&middot; Manage and prioritize the Founder&rsquo;s calendar based on urgency and mental bandwidth&middot; Draft and respond to key emails, ensuring no communication thread is missed.&middot; Prepare meeting pre-reads, take notes, and share post-meeting summaries&middot; Build dashboards and weekly updates on projects, budgets, PR events, and site work&middot; Conduct market and competitor research across AI, insurance, agriculture&middot; Support strategy and investor deck preparation with synthesized research&middot; Assist in building and documenting internal systems.&middot; Coordinate media events, PR campaigns, and speaking engagements&middot; Liaise with designers, photographers, and agencies for content&middot; Manage personal brand calendar and follow up on deliverablesExperience:&middot; 5&ndash;10 years in operations, consulting, executive support, or strategy roles&middot; Experience working directly with founders, CEOs, or senior executives preferredEducation:&middot; BBA, MBA, or Engineering background preferred&middot; Must be comfortable with finance and analyticsJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

<ul><li>Prepare JV&rsquo;s, Cash &amp; Bank Payments and Receipts Vouchers and make sure completeness &amp; accuracy of supporting documents</li><li>Assist &amp; Prepare all bank related documents</li><li>Assist in payroll processing on a monthly basis &amp; prepare vouchers &amp; supporting documents</li><li>Check and prepare final settlements of outgoing employee as per company&rsquo;s policy</li><li>Prepare monthly bank reconciliations</li><li>Prepare payables &amp; receivables party-wise reconciliations</li><li>Ensure all transactions are posted in ERP on a daily basis and reviewed by AM Accounts &amp; Finance</li><li>Assist line supervisor and CFO with other task/assignments assigned</li><li>Maintain a daily petty cash book, make sure it is reconciled with cash ledger &amp; cash in safe and submit summary to CFO on a daily basis.</li><li>Prepare &amp; maintain Hard &amp; Virtual fiscal files and records for all transactions</li><li>Make sure disbursement of auto payments on a monthly basis</li><li>Ensure on time adjustment of advances from relevant departments</li><li>Ensure Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annual &amp; Annual Closing</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Accounts: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
