This role is perfect for someone who wants variety in their day and enjoys seeing projects through from concept to finished product.What You&rsquo;ll DoCustomer Experience &amp; Sales<ul><li>Greet customers and build strong relationships</li><li>Guide customers through product options and recommend solutions</li><li>Answer emails and inquiries promptly (quotes, artwork setup, general questions)</li><li>Close sales, process payments, and follow up on orders</li><li>Develop new leads and referrals through great service</li></ul>Design &amp; Creative Work<ul><li>Create mockups and proofs for customers</li><li>Prepare production-ready artwork for:</li><li>Screen printing</li><li>Vinyl cutting</li><li>Direct-to-film (DTF) printing</li><li>Product Mockups</li><li>Work with layered files and color separations for print production</li></ul>Production Support<ul><li>Assist with production as needed across multiple departments</li><li>Operate and support DTF printing processes, including print prep, transfers, and application</li><li>Help ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong attention to detail (this is critical in our industry)</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Positive attitude and strong work ethic</li><li>Self-starter mindset&mdash;you don&rsquo;t wait to be told what&rsquo;s next</li><li>Passion for learning and growing within the business</li><li>Team player with solid communication skills</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>2+ years in sales or customer service</li><li>Graphic design experience (CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator)</li><li>Familiarity with apparel decoration or promotional products</li><li>Understanding of production workflows (screen print, embroidery, DTF, etc.)</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Ability to stand for extended periods</li><li>Ability to lift up to 30 lbs</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Compensation<ul><li>Full-time or Part-time available</li><li>Monday&ndash;Friday, day shift (8-hour shifts)</li><li>Bonus pay opportunities</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Why This Role Is DifferentYou won&rsquo;t be stuck doing just one thing all day.
