We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for design, and isn’t afraid to jump into production when needed. This role is perfect for someone who wants variety in their day and enjoys seeing projects through from concept to finished product.

What You’ll DoCustomer Experience & Sales

• Greet customers and build strong relationships
• Guide customers through product options and recommend solutions
• Answer emails and inquiries promptly (quotes, artwork setup, general questions)
• Close sales, process payments, and follow up on orders
• Develop new leads and referrals through great service

Design & Creative Work

• Create mockups and proofs for customers
• Prepare production-ready artwork for:
• Screen printing
• Vinyl cutting
• Direct-to-film (DTF) printing
• Product Mockups
• Work with layered files and color separations for print production

Production Support

• Assist with production as needed across multiple departments
• Operate and support DTF printing processes, including print prep, transfers, and application
• Help ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace

Preferred Experience

• 2+ years in sales or customer service
• Graphic design experience (CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator)
• Familiarity with apparel decoration or promotional products
• Understanding of production workflows (screen print, embroidery, DTF, etc.)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time or Part-time available
• Monday–Friday, day shift (8-hour shifts)
• Bonus pay opportunities

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
