You will own marketing strategy, campaigns, and content, while working closely with Sales leadership to ensure marketing is a direct driver of revenue. This role is critical to expanding our reach and helping care providers deliver safer, smarter, and more compassionate care.ResponsibilitiesDemand Generation &amp; Lead Acquisition<ul><li>Develop and maintain marketing personas and ideal customer profiles.</li><li>Design and manage multi-channel lead gen campaigns across email, SEO, PPC, LinkedIn, and retargeting to drive MQLs and SQLs.</li><li>Launch scalable initiatives such as webinars and partner co-marketing to generate targeted pipeline opportunities.</li><li>Optimize the website, landing pages, and lead capture tools to convert traffic in real-time using compelling CTAs and automated nurturing flows.</li><li>Collaborate with Sales leadership to ensure marketing efforts drive meaningful pipeline and customer acquisition.</li></ul>Content &amp; Messaging<ul><li>Own brand voice and messaging, ensuring all content reflects Impruvon Health&rsquo;s mission of innovation, accountability, and compassionate care.</li><li>Create content that educates and inspires: case studies, customer stories, blogs, whitepapers, and video&mdash;always with a tone of empathy and real-world impact.</li><li>Develop persuasive sales enablement tools including presentations, ROI calculators, and email templates to support every stage of the funnel.</li><li>Oversee website content management, SEO strategy, and landing page creation to maximize organic and paid traffic conversion.</li><li>Collaborate with pharmacy and EHR partners to create co-branded content, joint webinars, and announcements that expand market reach.</li><li>Translate product features into differentiated customer value propositions through messaging and launch campaigns.</li></ul>Creative &amp; Design Oversight<ul><li>Lead the production of visually compelling collateral for digital campaigns, events, and partnerships&mdash;ensuring accessibility and emotional resonance.</li><li>Manage conference creative execution including booth design, print materials, and interactive digital experiences.</li></ul>Data, Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Define, track, and report on key marketing metrics including pipeline contribution, lead quality, and campaign ROI.</li><li>Leverage tools like HubSpot to track user behavior, campaign performance, and engagement trends.</li><li>Build dashboards and insights that empower leadership to make data-informed decisions and allocate resources effectively.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Pipeline Impact: % of closed revenue influenced by marketing.</li><li>Lead Generation: # of MQLs and SQLs per quarter.</li><li>Conversion Rates: Lead &rarr; Opportunity &rarr; Customer.</li><li>Brand Awareness: Growth in website traffic, social followers, media mentions.</li><li>Engagement: Open/click rates on campaigns, conference lead capture efficiency.</li><li>Content Performance: Downloads, views, shares, and sales enablement adoption.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>5-7 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, behavioral health, or I/DD sectors.</li><li>Demonstrated success leading multi-channel lead generation strategies, including inbound and outbound campaigns that directly impact pipeline growth.</li><li>Proven ability to create and execute empathetic, human-centered content across formats (case studies, blogs, social, email) and lead the development of visually compelling, brand-consistent design assets.</li><li>Strong understanding of compassionate messaging and how to translate complex, technical features into benefit-driven narratives tailored for diverse personas (executive, clinical, and non-clinical).</li><li>Expertise in using analytics and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) to measure campaign performance, track conversion funnels, and inform data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Adept at strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and driving alignment between Marketing and Sales to deliver measurable business outcomes.</li><li>Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to adjust tone and complexity based on audience.</li><li>Experience managing websites, SEO, and digital advertising campaigns.</li><li>Willingness to &ldquo;go the extra mile&rdquo;&mdash;reflecting our culture of urgency, compassion, and innovation.</li></ul>BenefitsAt Impruvon Health, we know our people are our greatest asset.
