We&rsquo;re seeking a creative and skilled Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to energize our online presence, engage audiences, and elevate our brand visibility.In this role, you will harness your creativity, strategic thinking, and technical skills to develop impactful content, manage social media campaigns, conduct community outreach to raise brand awareness, and analyze digital performance.We are looking for someone with creative, fresh and engaging energy to make our Therapy Practice stand out from the crowd.&lt;Duties&gt;<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to boost brand awareness and engagement.</li><li>Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and marketing goals.</li><li>Manage daily social media activities to schedule posts, monitor interactions.</li><li>Conduct social listening to gather insights on brand perception, industry trends, and competitor activities for informed decision-making.</li><li>Collaborate with practice owner to coordinate outreach efforts, manage relationships with partners, and support branding initiatives.</li><li>Consult on paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads maximize reach and ROI.</li><li>Maintain consistent branding across all channels while ensuring proofread quality in all communications.</li></ul>&lt;Requirements&gt;<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva, Many Chat or other platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with social media management tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram, etc.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO strategies including keyword research and implementation to enhance content visibility.</li><li>Ability to analyze data on user engagement, forecast social media trends and assess effective content types for the most engagement and views.</li><li>Basic skills in video editing and photography to produce engaging multimedia content that captures audience attention.</li><li>Strong relationship management skills for coordinating with community partners.</li><li>Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail in all written communications.</li><li>Understanding of branding principles, public relations strategies, and e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.</li><li>Hold a creative and fun energy that encourages staff to engage in social media content creation.</li><li>Join us as a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator where your creativity fuels our growth!
