<Duties>
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and marketing goals.
- Manage daily social media activities to schedule posts, monitor interactions.
- Conduct social listening to gather insights on brand perception, industry trends, and competitor activities for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with practice owner to coordinate outreach efforts, manage relationships with partners, and support branding initiatives.
- Consult on paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads maximize reach and ROI.
- Maintain consistent branding across all channels while ensuring proofread quality in all communications.
<Requirements>
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva, Many Chat or other platforms.
- Familiarity with social media management tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram, etc.
- Knowledge of SEO strategies including keyword research and implementation to enhance content visibility.
- Ability to analyze data on user engagement, forecast social media trends and assess effective content types for the most engagement and views.
- Basic skills in video editing and photography to produce engaging multimedia content that captures audience attention.
- Strong relationship management skills for coordinating with community partners.
- Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail in all written communications.
- Understanding of branding principles, public relations strategies, and e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
