This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on clients&rsquo; health while advancing your professional skills in a thriving wellness setting.Duties<ul><li>Perform professional medical massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address specific pain points and muscle tension</li><li>Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on individual health conditions and goals</li><li>Apply advanced techniques such as pain management strategies and occupational health practices to optimize patient outcomes</li><li>Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient progress, and treatment plans in compliance with medical and clinic standards</li><li>Educate patients on self-care routines, stretching exercises, and lifestyle modifications to support ongoing wellness</li><li>Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and clinic policies</li><li>Collaborate with healthcare professionals when necessary to coordinate comprehensive patient care</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification to practice legally</li><li>Proven experience in patient service with strong skills in patient assessment and treatment planning</li><li>Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques</li><li>Solid understanding of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and occupational health principles</li><li>Prior experience working in a medical setting or wellness clinic is highly desirable</li><li>Prenatal massage experience/certification is highly desirable</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with diverse clients</li><li>Ability to maintain professionalism while working in a fast-paced environment and adhering to all safety standards</li></ul>Embark on a rewarding career where your skills directly improve lives!
