Direct Support Staff Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist clients with daily living tasks: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation.</li><li>Provide emotional support, companionship, and encouragement to build social connections.</li><li>Implement and follow individualized care plans to meet each client's unique needs and goals.</li><li>Monitor health, behavior, and progress; document observations and report changes promptly.</li><li>Advocate for clients' rights and ensure they are treated with respect and dignity at all times.</li><li>Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and team members to coordinate quality care.</li><li>Participate in required training (first aid, care techniques, resident rights, etc.).</li><li>Engage clients in meaningful recreational and community activities to support physical and mental well-being.</li></ul>Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Mileage reimbursement</li><li>Paid orientation</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>Work Location: In person
