HR AssistantLocation: Livingston, TX Job Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe&rsquo;re seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Assistant to support our day-to-day human resources operations. This position plays a key role in maintaining smooth HR processes and ensuring a positive experience for our employees. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and passionate about supporting people and processes in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate full-cycle recruitment support, including job postings, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks</li><li>Assist with onboarding, orientation, and I-9/E-Verify compliance</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data</li><li>Support benefits enrollment, updates, and employee inquiries</li><li>Track attendance, leaves of absence, and policy compliance</li><li>Prepare HR communications, training materials, and policy updates</li><li>Assist with employee engagement and recognition programs</li><li>Process payroll changes and support payroll accuracy</li><li>Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws and company policies</li><li>Provide general HR administrative support to leadership as needed</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma required; Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR or related field preferred</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in HR or administrative support preferred</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems</li><li>Customer-service mindset and ability to build positive relationships</li></ul>Why Join Us<ul><li>On-site position supporting a collaborative team</li><li>Fast-paced, people-focused workplace</li><li>Opportunity to grow and learn within the HR field</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Can you pass a background screening to include criminal and child abuse?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Human resources: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Livingston, TX 77351: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
