We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team.Key responsibilities:* Prepare detailed project implementation plans and organize manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to meet contractual and client requirements.* Coordinate and manage project installation designs based on client/consultant layouts.* Attend regular site meetings with clients and consultants and implement required modifications.* Supervise daily site activities, ensuring high-quality workmanship and smooth execution.* Prepare progress reports and resolve site-related issues promptly.* Ensure full compliance with internal HSE and QA/QC procedures.* Conduct quality assurance checks prior to delivery to ensure compliance with client specifications.* Manage site handover and obtain completion certificates.* Ensure compliance with all municipal and legal requirements.* Complete project close-out procedures and coordinate with subcontractors, QS, and Accounts departments.* Maintain accurate contract documentation, schedules, and reporting.Requirements:✔ Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, mainly in fit-out projects✔ Strong knowledge of finishing materials, site management, and construction methodologies✔ Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills✔ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining quality, cost, and schedule controlJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
