Project Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

* Prepare detailed project implementation plans and organize manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to meet contractual and client requirements.

* Coordinate and manage project installation designs based on client/consultant layouts.

* Attend regular site meetings with clients and consultants and implement required modifications.

* Supervise daily site activities, ensuring high-quality workmanship and smooth execution.

* Prepare progress reports and resolve site-related issues promptly.

* Ensure full compliance with internal HSE and QA/QC procedures.

* Conduct quality assurance checks prior to delivery to ensure compliance with client specifications.

* Manage site handover and obtain completion certificates.

* Ensure compliance with all municipal and legal requirements.

* Complete project close-out procedures and coordinate with subcontractors, QS, and Accounts departments.

* Maintain accurate contract documentation, schedules, and reporting.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, mainly in fit-out projects

✔ Strong knowledge of finishing materials, site management, and construction methodologies

✔ Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

✔ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining quality, cost, and schedule control
