Experience: Experience managing finance for companies with 100&ndash;1000 employees, preferably in the IT/ITeS sector with foreign sales exposure</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
About the Role</b></h2><p><br>
We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller / Finance Manager to lead and strengthen our finance function. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across statutory compliance, taxation, payroll, banking operations, and overseas transaction management. The role requires a proactive leader who can ensure financial discipline, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency in a fast-growing IT organization.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></h2><p><b><br>
Financial Management &amp; Controls:</b></p><ul><li><br>
 Oversee day-to-day financial operations, cash flow management, and fund planning.</li><li><br>
 Establish and monitor internal financial controls to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance.</li><li><br>
 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per statutory requirements.</li><li><br>
 Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Statutory Compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax):</b></p><ul><li><br>
 Manage end-to-end GST compliance, including monthly/annual filings and reconciliations.</li><li><br>
 Oversee TDS deduction, payments, and returns.</li><li><br>
 Prepare working papers and coordinate for Income Tax audits, assessments, and filings.</li><li><br>
 Company Secretary statutory filing like MSME, DIR-3, KYC, FLA and Annual filing.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Export Compliance &amp; Foreign Revenue Management:</b></p><ul><li><br>
 Handle Softex documentation and compliance for foreign invoices.</li><li><br>
 Work closely with STPI authorities where applicable.</li><li><br>
 Manage forex transactions, inward remittances, and reconciliations.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Payroll &amp; Employee Compliance:</b></p><ul><li><br>
 Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for 150+ employees.</li><li><br>
 Ensure compliance with PF, PT, ESIC, Gratuity, and other applicable labour laws.</li><li><br>
 Coordinate with HR for reimbursements, F&amp;F settlements, and compensation audits.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Banking &amp; Financial Institution Coordination:</b></p><ul><li><br>
 Act as the primary point of contact for bankers and fund managers.</li><li><br>
 Manage banking operations and treasury activities.</li><li><br>
 Ensure timely submission of financial documents and compliance certificates.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Coordination With External Consultants:</b></p><ul><li><br>
 Coordinate with CS, CA, GST consultants, and Labor Law consultants to fulfil their audit and compliance requirements.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>

 Coordinate with consultants for Federal/State Tax returns filing</li><li><br>
 Accounting and compliance of Inc entity</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Audits &amp; Reporting:</b></p><ul><li><br>
 Liaise with internal and external auditors.</li><li><br>
 Ensure timely closure of audits and implement recommendations.</li><li><br>
 Prepare financial reports for management decision-making.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Admin activities:</b></p><ul><li><br>
 Visa and foreign-travel management.</li><li><br>
 Overlook administration team activities.</li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Requirements</b></h3><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Required Qualifications &amp; Experience</b></h2><ul><li><br>
 CA / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.</li><li><br>
 6&ndash;12 years of experience in finance leadership within the IT/ITeS industry.</li><li><br>
 Strong expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, Softex, and export compliance.</li><li><br>
 Experience with companies of 100&ndash;1000 employees.</li><li><br>
 Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel/Google Sheets.</li><li><br>
 Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>

 Understanding of Indian accounting standards and statutory requirements.</li><li><br>
