We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive full time Senior Administrative Assistant to support our busy medico-legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a professional environment to ensure the efficient operation of our fast-paced office, where our clients are at the heart of what we do.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Providing high-level administrative support, including managing correspondence and scheduling and diary coordination&middot; Data entry&middot; Handling emails, calls, and correspondence with clients and legal professionals&middot; Preparing, formatting, and proofreading medico-legal reports with a high degree of accuracy&middot; Organizing and maintaining confidential case files and documentation&middot; Liaising with clients, solicitors, and medical professionals&middot; Ensuring compliance with data protection and medico-legal procedures&middot; Customer Care&middot; Assisting with general office duties as requiredRequirements: -&middot; Master&rsquo;s Degree&middot; Standard Grade or equivalent in English&middot; Experience in remote working&middot; Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a medico-legal, legal, or medical setting&middot; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills&middot; Experienced in office administration&middot; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)&middot; Experience in Data input and updating&middot; Experience in GDPR&middot; Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion&middot; Excellent communication and organizational skills&middot; Strong attention to detail and time management skills&middot; Ability to work independently and as part of a teamDesirable requirement: -&middot; Experienced in preparing quotes/invoices and in financial matters generally&middot; Audio typingPay: Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
