Senior Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive full time Senior Administrative Assistant to support our busy medico-legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a professional environment to ensure the efficient operation of our fast-paced office, where our clients are at the heart of what we do.

Key Responsibilities:

· Providing high-level administrative support, including managing correspondence and scheduling and diary coordination

· Data entry

· Handling emails, calls, and correspondence with clients and legal professionals

· Preparing, formatting, and proofreading medico-legal reports with a high degree of accuracy

· Organizing and maintaining confidential case files and documentation

· Liaising with clients, solicitors, and medical professionals

· Ensuring compliance with data protection and medico-legal procedures

· Customer Care

· Assisting with general office duties as required

Requirements: -

· Master’s Degree

· Standard Grade or equivalent in English

· Experience in remote working

· Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a medico-legal, legal, or medical setting

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Experienced in office administration

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Experience in Data input and updating

· Experience in GDPR

· Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Strong attention to detail and time management skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable requirement: -

· Experienced in preparing quotes/invoices and in financial matters generally

· Audio typing

Pay: Rs100,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
