Represent our brand at client meetings and industry events, handle daily office administration, and help grow our market presence through confident, professional engagement.Key Responsibilities

• Brand Representation — Represent FSZ at client meetings, corporate events, and promotional activities
• Business Development Support — Present our services and value proposition to prospects in a clear, friendly, and persuasive manner
• Marketing & Communications — Support marketing campaigns, social media activities, and brand-building initiatives
• Office Administration — Handle daily admin tasks including scheduling, correspondence, filing, and meeting coordination
• Internal Liaison — Bridge communication between clients and our technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Matriculation (Intermediate preferred; Marketing or Communications background is a plus)
• Experience: Fresh candidates are welcome; prior experience in brand representation, PR, or sales support is advantageous
• Languages: Excellent spoken and written Urdu and English
• Personality: Confident, presentable, socially comfortable, and articulate
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Soft Skills: Highly organized, reliable, and strong interpersonal skills

• Preferred: DHA Phase 1, Bahria Town Phase 7 / 8 / Safari Valley, DHA, Rawalpindi
