JOB DESCRIPTION :
Role of Purpose
The Senior Executive HR will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, compensation & benefits administration, and compliance. The role will support organizational growth by ensuring effective HR practices and fostering a positive workplace culture. The incumbent will work closely with senior leadership and provide strategic HR support while reporting directly to the Managing Trustees and Directors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.
- Manage employee relations, performance management processes, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with organizational objectives.
- Oversee compensation & benefits administration, payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, learning & development, and talent management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and organizational policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Generate HR reports, workforce analytics, and management information reports for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with Managing Trustees and Directors on strategic HR planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Manage and optimize HR software/HRIS systems for employee data management, reporting, attendance, and HR operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of relevant HR experience,
- Strong understanding of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and labor laws.
- Hands-on experience with HR software/HRIS systems, including employee database management, attendance tracking, payroll coordination, and HR reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism.
- Experience working with senior management, trustees, directors, or governing bodies will be an advantage
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
