Job Description purpose Of Role:We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in Modaraba operations as well as Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) finance functions. JOB DESCRIPTION:Purpose of the Role The purpose of this role is to support the Human Resources function by ensuring smooth execution of HR operations across recruitment, employee life-cycle documentation, attendance management, and HR compliance. The Office HR Officer acts as a central point of coordination between employees and management, maintaining accurate HR records while upholding professional standards, confidentiality, and organisational discipline.Position Overview:The HR Officer will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring effective execution of recruitment activities, employee lifecycle documentation, attendance management, onboarding/offboarding processes, and HR reporting.
