Executive Project Sales – Peshawar -(PHR/1010/2)

Job Description

Purpose of the Role

The Executive Project Sales is responsible for driving project sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, supporting collections, and achieving sales targets within the construction industry. The role focuses on expanding business across housing, commercial, hospital, and contractor segments while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Branch Manager in managing project sales and collections.
  • Provide timely reports and updates on project progress and market developments.
  • Identify and develop new projects, customers, and business opportunities in Housing & Plaza, Hospitals, and Contractors segments.
  • Conduct regular visits to customers, consultants, and contractors to generate new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit monthly visit plans, recovery plans, performance reports, and upcoming month activity plans.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints promptly to ensure high service standards.
  • Monitor sales performance regularly and work towards achieving assigned targets profitably.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry.

Requirements

  • MBA/BBA/B.Com or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the construction industry.

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
