Index is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manufacturing ERP Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Epicor or similar ERP systems SAP | Oracle | Infor | IFS and a strong background in manufacturing processes. This role involves analyzing, designing, implementing, and supporting ERP solutions to optimize manufacturing operations. This is a <b>hybrid</b> position, with the opportunity to work from home some days and collaborate on-site as needed.</div><div></div><p><br>
Key Responsibilities:</p><br>

ERP Implementation and Management:<br>
</li></ul><ul><ul><li>
Lead the implementation and customization of Epicor or similar ERP systems to meet business requirements.<br>
</li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>
Manage and oversee ERP projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.<br>
</li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design ERP solutions that enhance manufacturing efficiency.<br>
</li></ul></ul><ul><li>
System Analysis and Optimization:<br>
</li></ul><ul><ul><li>
Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement through ERP solutions.<br>
</li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>
Develop and implement strategies to optimize ERP system performance and ensure seamless integration with other business systems.<br>
</li></ul></ul><ul><li>
Training and Support:<br>
</li></ul><ul><ul><li>
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the ERP system.<br>
</li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>
Develop user manuals, training materials, and documentation for ERP processes and procedures.<br>
</li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>
Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve ERP-related issues.<br>

Continuous Improvement:<br>
</li></ul><ul><ul><li>
Stay updated with the latest ERP technology trends and advancements.<br>
</li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>
Make recommendations for future upgrades or changes to the ERP system based on business needs and technology trends.<br>

Qualifications:</p><br>
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.<br>
</li><li>
Minimum of 10 years of experience in ERP consulting, with a focus on manufacturing environments.<br>
</li><li>
Proven experience with Epicor or similar ERP systems.<br>
</li><li>
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.<br>
</li><li>
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.<br>
</li><li>
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.<br>
</li><li>
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.<br>
</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul><p><br>
Preferred Qualifications:</p><br>
<ul><li>
Certification in Epicor ERP or similar ERP systems.<br>
</li><li>
Experience with ERP system integration and data migration.<br>
</li><li>
