<div><div>We are seeking a highly experienced <b>Senior Construction Project Consultant</b> to join our team. This role is <b>not</b> a traditional construction project management position. Instead, the successful candidate will act as a <b>trusted advisor to developers, contractors, and subcontractors</b>, guiding them on how to effectively <b>plan, manage, and control their construction projects using Procore software</b>.<br>

The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of <b>8 years of experience within the construction industry</b>, with strong <b>technical construction knowledge</b>, solid <b>project management fundamentals</b>, and the seniority required to consult on complex, multi-region projects. While prior experience with <b>Procore</b> is a strong advantage, it is <b>not a requirement</b>. What is essential is proven experience managing construction projects using <b>ERP systems, project management platforms, or similar enterprise solutions</b>, enabling the candidate to quickly translate industry best practices into system-driven workflows.<br>

In this role, the candidate will serve as a <b>Lead Functional Implementer</b> and <b>Senior Project Management Consultant</b>, responsible for leading end-to-end system implementations, advising clients on governance, cost control, and reporting frameworks, and ensuring successful adoption of Procore across their organizations. The position requires a confident, senior-level professional who can operate effectively across multiple time zones, lead implementation engagements from initiation through go-live, and bridge the gap between construction operations and digital project management systems.<br>

Key Responsibilities
<br>
</div><div>Project Leadership &amp; Delivery<br>
</div><ul><li>Lead construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on</li></ul><div>
time, within budget, and to required quality standards.<br>
</div><ul><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, potentially across different regions and</li></ul><div>
time zones.<br>
</div><ul><li>Act as the primary point of accountability for overall project performance.</li></ul><div>
Technical &amp; Engineering Oversight<br>
</div><ul><li>Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical</li></ul><div>
documents.<br>
</div><ul><li>Ensure compliance with applicable civil, structural, and construction standards.</li><li>Provide technical guidance to site teams, consultants, contractors, and</li></ul><div>
stakeholders.<br>
</div><div>
Project Management Systems &amp; Procore<br>
</div><ul><li>Utilize project management systems effectively, with Procore experience</li></ul><div>
considered a major plus.<br>
</div><ul><li>Lead or support the transition and implementation of Procore, including</li></ul><div>
workflows, reporting, and documentation standards.<br>
</div><ul><li>Ensure proper documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress</li></ul><div>
tracking within the system.<br>
</div><div>
Cost Control &amp; Financial Management<br>
</div><ul><li>Take full ownership of project cost control, including budgeting, forecasting, cost</li></ul><div>
tracking, and variance analysis.<br>
</div><ul><li>Review contractor payments, variations, claims, and change orders.</li><li>Ensure cost discipline throughout the project lifecycle and proactively mitigate</li></ul><div>
financial risks.<br>
</div><div>
Planning, Scheduling &amp; Risk Management<br>
</div><ul><li>Develop and monitor project schedules and milestones.</li><li>Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies.</li><li>Ensure alignment between planning, procurement, construction, and handover</li></ul><div>
phases.<br>
</div><div>
Compliance &amp; Standards<br>
</div><ul><li>Ensure projects comply with:</li></ul><div>
o GCC Civil and Construction Codes<br>
</div><div>
o North Africa Construction Standards<br>
</div><div>
o US Construction Standards (ASTM, ACI, AISC, etc.)<br>
</div><ul><li>Maintain awareness of regulatory, safety, and quality requirements across regions.</li></ul><div>
Communication &amp; Stakeholder Management<br>
</div><ul><li>Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, consultants, and</li></ul><div>
contractors.<br>
</div><ul><li>Prepare clear and professional reports, presentations, and project updates.</li><li>Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluency</li></ul><div>

Required Qualifications &amp; Experience

</div><ul><li>Minimum 8 years of experience in construction project management.</li><li>Bachelor's in engineering (Civil or Construction-related discipline preferred).</li><li>Demonstrated experience in cost control and financial management of</li></ul><div>
construction projects.<br>
</div><ul><li>Proven ability to work across different time zones and manage geographically</li></ul><div>
dispersed teams.<br>
</div><ul><li>Prior exposure to Procore or similar project management systems (Procore highly</li></ul><div>
preferred).<br>
