Job Summary:</b> Index is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP AP Specialist to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in ERP systems, with a focus on Accounts Payable (AP) processes and specific experience with Epicor ERP systems. This role involves managing and optimizing the ERP system to ensure efficient and accurate AP operations.</p><p><b><br>

ERP System Management:</b><br>

Oversee the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Epicor ERP systems with a focus on AP modules.<br>

Ensure the ERP system is aligned with business requirements and financial regulations.<br>

Collaborate with IT and finance teams to integrate AP processes with other business functions.<br>

Accounts Payable Optimization:</b><br>
</li><ul><li>
Analyze and improve existing AP processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.<br>

Develop and implement strategies to streamline AP workflows within the ERP system.<br>

Monitor AP transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.<br>

Full Cycle Accounts Payable Management:</b><br>

Verify and process invoices.<br>
</li><li>
Coordinate payments.<br>

Maintain vendor relationships.<br>

Financial Reporting and Compliance:</b><br>

Ensure accurate financial reporting through reconciliation of accounts.<br>

Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.<br>

Collaboration and Process Improvement:</b><br>

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes.<br>

Technical Support and Troubleshooting:</b><br>

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for ERP-related AP issues.<br>

Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify and resolve issues.<br>

Develop and maintain documentation for AP processes and ERP system configurations.<br>

Training and Development:</b><br>

Qualifications:</b></p><br>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.<br>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.<br>
</li><li>
Proven experience in sales within the cloud services industry, with a strong focus on <b>Amazon Web Services (AWS)</b> solutions.<br>
</li><li>
Demonstrated track record of successfully closing <b>at least three end-to-end cloud deals (AWS)</b>, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and post-sales handover.<br>
</li><li>
Solid understanding of <b>Microsoft cloud solutions</b> (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365); experience selling Microsoft-related services is mandatory.<br>
</li><li>
Excellent command of English (spoken and written) is a must.<br>
</li><li>
Strong client-facing, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.<br>

High level of business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, build pipelines, and drive revenue growth.<br>
