<div><div>We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the sales and presales offering for our flagship product GoEHS. This role is designed for a professional who combines commercial acumen, deep HSE (Health, Safety &amp; Environment) expertise, and product management skills. The Product Manager will play a key role in driving client engagement, shaping customer experiences, and collaborating closely with our development teams to ensure the product evolves to meet market needs.</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Requirements</b></h3><div><p>
Sales &amp; Presales</p><ul><li><br>
Lead client-facing product presentations, demos, and proposals.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Identify customer requirements and position GoEHS as the solution of choice.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Support business development by preparing compelling sales collateral and responses to RFPs/RFIs.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Work with the team to design winning go-to-market strategies.</li></ul></div><div><p><br>
Product &amp; Customer Engagement</p></div><div><ul><li><br>
Act as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback and market insights to influence the product roadmap.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Collaborate with the development team to align product enhancements with customer needs and compliance requirements.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Ensure GoEHS delivers a seamless experience aligned with industry best practices in HSE.</li></ul></div><div><p><br>
Administration &amp; Cross-Functional Duties</p></div><div><ul><li><br>
Manage CRM processes, ensuring data integrity, pipeline visibility, and accurate reporting.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Provide cross-functional leadership between sales, marketing, and product development teams.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends to keep GoEHS market ready.</li></ul></div><div><p><br>
Qualifications &amp; Experience</p></div><div><ul><li><br>
Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferred) or equivalent discipline.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
OSHA accreditation or NEBOSH Certification is strongly preferred.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Minimum 7&ndash;10 years of experience in HSE domain with exposure to technology/software solutions.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Proven experience in sales, presales, or solution consulting in the HSE/ERP/software space.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, compliance frameworks, and risk management practices.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Demonstrated ability to bridge technical, functional, and commercial requirements.</li></ul></div><div><p><br>
