Index is seeking a results-oriented and visionary <b>Head of Sales &ndash; AWS Cloud Business</b> to lead our global AWS sales strategy and execution. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding AWS cloud adoption, and building strategic customer relationships across multinational markets.<br>
You will oversee all aspects of AWS sales, including go-to-market strategy, enterprise engagement, pipeline development, and team leadership. As the head of this business unit, your role will be instrumental in shaping the future of Index Infotech&rsquo;s AWS cloud practice on a global scale.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b><br>
<ul><li>Define and execute the global AWS sales strategy aligned with business objectives</li><li>Lead and grow a high-performing cloud sales team across regions</li><li>Establish and manage executive-level customer relationships with enterprise clients</li><li>Identify new markets, industries, and strategic accounts for AWS cloud adoption</li><li>Drive AWS-aligned go-to-market initiatives and collaborate closely with AWS partner teams</li><li>Manage the full sales lifecycle &ndash; from opportunity identification to deal closure</li><li>Deliver accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and business performance metrics</li><li>Work cross-functionally with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure customer success</li><li>Stay ahead of AWS product innovations, market dynamics, and competitor strategies<br>

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Requirements</b></h3><div><b>
Qualifications</b><br>
<ul><li><b>Minimum 10 years of experience</b> in enterprise B2B technology sales</li><li><b>At least 5 years of direct experience</b> in selling <b>AWS cloud solutions</b></li><li>Proven success in <b>leading multinational sales teams</b> and managing large-scale transformation deals</li><li>Strong knowledge of <b>AWS cloud services, pricing models, and partner programs</b></li><li>Demonstrated ability to close <b>complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise deals</b></li><li>Exceptional <b>leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement</b> skills</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field</li><li><b>Master&rsquo;s degree or MBA</b> preferred</li><li><b>AWS certifications</b> (e.g., Cloud Practitioner, Business Professional) are a strong advantage</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Willingness to travel as needed for international client engagements</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p>
