Key ResponsibilitiesRecovery &amp; Follow-ups<ul><li>Contact customers via WhatsApp messages, phone calls, and emails for outstanding rental payments.</li><li>Follow up on overdue invoices, fines, damages, and other receivables.</li><li>Maintain a structured daily follow-up schedule for assigned accounts.</li><li>Negotiate payment timelines within company policy and obtain payment commitments.</li></ul>&middot; Report disputed or unresponsive cases to management.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Monthly recovery percentage achieved</li><li>Reduction in overdue aging balances</li><li>Number of successful follow-ups and closures</li><li>Accuracy and timeliness of recovery reporting</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; QualificationsEducation<ul><li>Intermediate Or Bachelor (preferred)</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>1 year experience in accounts receivable, recovery, or customer collections</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong English communication skills (written &amp; verbal)</li><li>Confident in WhatsApp business communication and phone handling</li><li>Good negotiation and follow-up skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting concepts</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
