Recovery Officer

Key Responsibilities

Recovery & Follow-ups

• Contact customers via WhatsApp messages, phone calls, and emails for outstanding rental payments.
• Follow up on overdue invoices, fines, damages, and other receivables.
• Maintain a structured daily follow-up schedule for assigned accounts.
• Negotiate payment timelines within company policy and obtain payment commitments.

· Report disputed or unresponsive cases to management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Monthly recovery percentage achieved
• Reduction in overdue aging balances
• Number of successful follow-ups and closures
• Accuracy and timeliness of recovery reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

• Intermediate Or Bachelor (preferred)

Experience

• 1 year experience in accounts receivable, recovery, or customer collections

Skills

• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Confident in WhatsApp business communication and phone handling
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting concepts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
