Job Summary

We are looking for a Recovery officer (Male/Female) to assist finance office with the collection of outstanding Payments against new sales and renewals.

To ensure success as a Accounts/Recovery officer, you should have excellent communication, negotiation, and mathematical skills, as well as attention to detail. A skilled Accounts/Recovery Officer should be able to reduce company losses by encouraging customers to pay in time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information
  • Completing analysis of the employee expenditures
  • Managing income and expenditure accounts
  • Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data
  • Experience with accounting software and data entry
  • Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of spreadsheets
  • Analyse financial information and summarize financial status
  • Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information
  • Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents
  • Guide accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions
  • Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
  • Communicate effectively with clients
  • Contribute to a strong client relationship through positive interactions with client personnel
  • Follow-up of receivables & manage Payables to support cash flow management
  • Support month-end and year-end close process
