Recovery Officer (Female)

As a Recovery Officer, where you'll focus on managing late payments from clients and partners, your job is to work with our recovery team to handle debts promptly and in line with the law. We need someone with great communication skills, who pays attention to details, and can solve problems proactively.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to recover late payments from clients and partners.
• Work closely with the recovery team to solve payment issues efficiently and fairly.
• Communicate with clients about overdue payments and keep track of progress.
• Make sure all payment recovery actions follow the law and company rules.
• Keep records of all payment recovery activities and share updates with the team.
• Maintain good relationships with clients while getting payments back on track.
• Take the lead in solving payment problems and seek help for tricky cases.
• Stay up-to-date with payment recovery practices and rules.
• Help the finance team meet its goals by recovering payments effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in collections, credit control, client dealing, or a similar recovery role.
• Knowledge of debt recovery processes and relevant legal regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
