We are hiring an Accounts Officer to manage daily accounting and finance operations for our e-commerce business.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Accounting Software
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Ability to manage accounting records with accuracy and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily sales, cost of sales, and expenses in accounting software and Excel
- Maintain accounts receivable and payable, and reconcile payments with cash and bank statements
- Follow up with customers via emails and calls for timely recovery of receivables
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, cash receipts, bills, bank statements, and financial records
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports (issuance, consumption, and requirements)
- Prepare and maintain Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and GRNs
- Manage and monitor cash flow
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Manage barcode-based inventory management systems
- Provide full support during annual tax filing, particularly in documentation and data preparation
Experience Requirement
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in an Accounts & Finance department
- Experience must be verifiable
Qualifications (Preferred)
- MBA Finance / M.Com / ACCA (Part-Qualified) / ICMA Finalist
Working Days & Timings
- Monday to Saturday
- 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
