Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence, to ensure timely responses.</i></li><li><i>
Maintain strong professional relationships across departments to support cross-functional collaborations.
</i></li><li><i>Assist with special projects by coordinating resources, gathering information, and monitoring progress.</i></li><li><i>
Support strategic initiatives by organizing workflows, preparing briefings, and ensuring follow-through on key objectives.</i></li><li><i>
Handle operational tasks such as office coordination, supply management, or oversight of administrative staff when needed.</i><i><br>

<p></p><div><div><p><b>LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS:</b> <i>Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.</i><i><br>

<p></p><div><div><p><b>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: </b><i>Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time, and have full dexterity.<br>
