Our business caters to homes and offices with comprehensive services from design to installation.### Job TitleSourcing Executive &ndash; Interior Decoration items &amp; Hardware### Job PurposeResponsible for identifying, evaluating, and procuring interior decoration items and products from vendors across India, leveraging strong language skills to interact with diverse supplier bases and ensure the best quality and competitive pricing for Indrakosh&rsquo;s projects.### Key Responsibilities- Conduct research to identify suppliers and manufacturers of home/interior decor items across all major regions of India.- Engage with a wide supplier network using effective communication in multiple Indian languages, fostering strong professional relationships.- Evaluate vendor quality, negotiate prices, and ensure the timely delivery of goods to meet project timelines and quality standards.- Visit markets, fairs, and suppliers in different states, understanding regional product diversity and supply capabilities.- Coordinate with design and purchasing teams to ensure sourced products meet project specifications and aesthetic requirements.- Prepare sourcing reports and maintain accurate records of vendor contacts, pricing, negotiations, and transactions.- Stay updated on trends, innovations, and new products in the Indian interior decor industry.- Support ongoing vendor assessment and onboarding, focusing on ethical procurement and compliance.### Qualifications- Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in any discipline; preference for design, supply chain, or business backgrounds.- 5+ years&rsquo; experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor development, especially in the interior decor sector.- Fluency in English and at least two major Indian languages (such as Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, etc.).- Willingness to travel frequently across India for vendor assessment and market research.- people from local areas is preferable.### Desired Skills- Excellent verbal and written communication&mdash;multilingual proficiency required.- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and time management abilities.- Market awareness, creativity, and understanding of interior decor materials and trends- Organization, report preparation, and use of MS Office/ERP tools for data management.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Our business caters to homes and offices with comprehensive services from design to installation.***### Job SummaryThe General Manager (GM) will oversee all operational aspects of Indrakosh, ensuring smooth coordination across departments including Sawmill Operations, Procurement, Interior Design &amp; VR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Services. The GM will drive business growth, streamline processes, and uphold high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.***### Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage daily operations of all departments to meet company objectives.- Develop and execute strategic plans for growth, operational excellence, and customer engagement.- Oversee procurement and supply chain management, including local sourcing of timber and hardware materials.- Coordinate with the VR tech team to ensure seamless integration of digital customer experiences.- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, contractors, and clients.- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations.- Manage financial budgeting, cost controls, and reporting in collaboration with the finance team.- Supervise hiring, training, and performance management of staff.- Implement reward and referral programs to motivate stakeholders and influencers.- Monitor customer feedback and implement continuous improvement measures.### Qualifications &amp; Skills- Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in general management, preferably in interior design, hardware retail sectors.- Proven track record of managing multi-functional teams and operations.- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.- Familiarity with VR technology or digital customer engagement tools is a plus.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.- Knowledge of local market, supply chain, and quality assurance processes.- People from nearby locations preferrable.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;75,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
