### Job Summary
The General Manager (GM) will oversee all operational aspects of Indrakosh, ensuring smooth coordination across departments including Sawmill Operations, Procurement, Interior Design & VR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Services. The GM will drive business growth, streamline processes, and uphold high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

### Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of all departments to meet company objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for growth, operational excellence, and customer engagement.
- Oversee procurement and supply chain management, including local sourcing of timber and hardware materials.
- Coordinate with the VR tech team to ensure seamless integration of digital customer experiences.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, contractors, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage financial budgeting, cost controls, and reporting in collaboration with the finance team.
- Supervise hiring, training, and performance management of staff.
- Implement reward and referral programs to motivate stakeholders and influencers.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement continuous improvement measures.
### Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in general management, preferably in interior design, hardware retail sectors.
- Proven track record of managing multi-functional teams and operations.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with VR technology or digital customer engagement tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of local market, supply chain, and quality assurance processes.
- People from nearby locations preferrable.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
