 As a Procurement Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating IT products, negotiating with vendors, issuing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The role also involves maintaining records, monitoring stock levels, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Source and evaluate IT products, negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.

 Issue purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt of materials.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Coordinate with internal departments (such as Sales, Accounts).
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to avoid shortages.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with key suppliers.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Resolve issues related to quality, delivery delays, or invoice discrepancies.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Support cost-reduction initiatives and explore alternate sourcing options.
 
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing role.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong negotiation and communication skills.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and procurement tools (Zoho, SAP, Tally &ndash; as applicable).
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Preferred Qualifications
 
 
 Mandatory experience in IT hardware and software procurement.
