Senior Accounts ExecutiveLocation: SONA College of Technology - Hostel, Salem Experience: Minimum 10 years Educational Qualification: Postgraduate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Joining: Immediate joiners preferredKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting transactions</li><li>Prepare and process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations</li><li>Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports</li><li>Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings</li><li>Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently</li><li>Assist in tax computations and filing of returns</li><li>Maintain and update ledger accounts and financial statements</li><li>Support audits by providing required documentation and explanations</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and statutory regulations</li><li>Use accounting software (Tally/ERP) to manage financial data accurately</li><li>Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis as required</li><li>Collaborate with other departments for smooth financial operations</li></ul>Requirements and Skills<ul><li>Proven work experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role, preferably 10 years</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally and ERP systems</li><li>Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables</li><li>Good understanding of tax regulations and compliance</li><li>Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: On the road
