Senior Talent Acquisition SpecialistThis is a strategic hiring role with ownership of leadership, niche tech hiring, and employer branding.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Technology &amp; Corporate roles</li><li>Drive bulk hiring &amp; niche hiring</li><li>Work closely with Business Heads &amp; Project Managers to understand manpower needs</li><li>Design hiring strategies &amp; workforce planning aligned with project pipelines</li><li>Source candidates via Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and networks</li><li>Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline </li><li>Lead employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns</li><li>Manage interview processes, assessments, offer rollouts &amp; negotiations</li><li>Track recruitment metrics</li><li>Ensure smooth onboarding &amp; documentation compliance</li><li>Mentor recruiters / HR team members and streamline recruitment processes &amp; Requirements</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment</li><li>Strong exposure to IT / Technology / System Implementation / Consulting hiring</li><li>Experience hiring for Project-based roles &amp; tech delivery teams</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management with Business &amp; Tech Leaders</li><li>Proven ability to close senior, niche &amp; hard-to-fill roles</li><li>Experience using ATS, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter</li><li>Strong negotiation &amp; candidate engagement skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment</li></ul>Qualification<ul><li>MBA / PGDM / MSW in HR or equivalent</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From ₹40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
