Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a strategic hiring role with ownership of leadership, niche tech hiring, and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Technology & Corporate roles
  • Drive bulk hiring & niche hiring
  • Work closely with Business Heads & Project Managers to understand manpower needs
  • Design hiring strategies & workforce planning aligned with project pipelines
  • Source candidates via Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and networks
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Lead employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
  • Manage interview processes, assessments, offer rollouts & negotiations
  • Track recruitment metrics
  • Ensure smooth onboarding & documentation compliance
  • Mentor recruiters / HR team members and streamline recruitment processes & Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
  • Strong exposure to IT / Technology / System Implementation / Consulting hiring
  • Experience hiring for Project-based roles & tech delivery teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management with Business & Tech Leaders
  • Proven ability to close senior, niche & hard-to-fill roles
  • Experience using ATS, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong negotiation & candidate engagement skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment

Qualification

  • MBA / PGDM / MSW in HR or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
