Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
This is a strategic hiring role with ownership of leadership, niche tech hiring, and employer branding.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Technology & Corporate roles
- Drive bulk hiring & niche hiring
- Work closely with Business Heads & Project Managers to understand manpower needs
- Design hiring strategies & workforce planning aligned with project pipelines
- Source candidates via Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and networks
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Lead employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
- Manage interview processes, assessments, offer rollouts & negotiations
- Track recruitment metrics
- Ensure smooth onboarding & documentation compliance
- Mentor recruiters / HR team members and streamline recruitment processes & Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Strong exposure to IT / Technology / System Implementation / Consulting hiring
- Experience hiring for Project-based roles & tech delivery teams
- Excellent stakeholder management with Business & Tech Leaders
- Proven ability to close senior, niche & hard-to-fill roles
- Experience using ATS, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong negotiation & candidate engagement skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment
Qualification
- MBA / PGDM / MSW in HR or equivalent

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
