Human Resources Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through effective HR management, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding).
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines.

2. Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Promote positive employee relations and workplace culture.
  • Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.

3. Performance Management

  • Design and oversee performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers in goal setting and performance improvement plans.
  • Identify training and development needs.

4. Training & Development

  • Plan and coordinate employee training programs.
  • Facilitate leadership development initiatives.
  • Monitor effectiveness of learning programs.

5. Compensation & Benefits

  • Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.
  • Manage payroll coordination and benefits administration.

6. Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

7. HR Strategy & Planning

  • Align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare HR metrics and reports for management.
  • Lead HR initiatives and organizational development projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office.

Preferred Skills

  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent).
  • Experience in performance management systems.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
