Job ResponsibilitiesRecruiting &amp; Talent Management<ul><li>Manage full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating interviews with managers, preparing job offers and agreement letters, facilitating background prescreening, and notifying the HR Generalist once confirmed.</li><li>Meet with department heads to gain a clear understanding of team needs and the skills required for open roles in order to create job description.</li><li>Ensuring job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.</li><li>Proactively source and network to identify candidates, review resumes, assess qualifications, and recommend top talent for open positions.</li><li>Occasionally partner with external recruiters to support the search for specialized or hard-to-fill positions.</li><li>Track and report recruitment metrics, providing insights to improve processes.</li><li>Stay up to date on recruiting trends and best practices within the industry.</li></ul>HR Administration Support<ul><li>Assist HR Generalist with onboarding process, including initiating IT new user setup, coordinating with Italy and local IT teams to configure system access, and ordering necessary equipment; also conduct new employee orientation.</li><li>Manage and administer company vehicles, including obtaining quotes for vehicle procurement, ensuring driver safety measures, and enforcing policy protocols.</li><li>Coordinate and handle all administrative aspects of safety program which includes advising on provisions to minimize safety risks, develop and enforce polices, assist with accident investigation procedures, record keeping of safety related incidents. Collaborating with Safety Manager and Safety Consultant to ensure compliance and identifying safety issues.</li><li>Collaborate with both Italy IT and local IT on projects such as server room additions/changes and office set ups.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Employee Relations &amp; Engagement<ul><li>Support employee engagement by conducting new-hire check-ins after the first week of onboarding and again at 30 days to evaluate progress, gather feedback, and relay insights to the HR Generalist regarding what is working well and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Plan, coordinate, and manage monthly employee engagement events, including setup and breakdown.</li><li>Maintain and update the monthly employee bulletin board.</li><li>Build rapport with employees through regular check-ins and informal touchpoints to support engagement and open communication.</li><li>Support a positive workplace culture by reinforcing company values and expectations in day-to-day interactions.</li></ul>Qualifications/Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of recruiting experience in an in-house or agency setting, combined with general HR experience.</li><li>General HR knowledge and experience (such as onboarding, employee relations, or benefits support) to provide effective backup to the HR Generalist.</li><li>Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems.</li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to showcase our culture of care to candidates while working closely with department heads to ensure the right fit.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience working with external recruiters or staffing agencies a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with heavy equipment or industry is helpful but not required.</li><li>HR Certifications a plus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
