As the <b>Maintenance Supervisor</b>, you oversee all aspects of plant maintenance and facilities management, ensuring safety, reliability, and continuous improvement in every process. Key Responsibilities</b></h4><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Leadership &amp; Culture</b></h5><ul><li>
Serve as a cultural leader, modeling IPC&rsquo;s core values and fostering a cohesive, values-driven maintenance team.</li><li>
Build and strengthen leadership structures that support team growth, accountability, and collaboration.</li></ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Communication &amp; Coordination</b></h5><ul><li>
Maintain open, effective communication with plant management and production supervision.</li><li>
Lead the maintenance team to promote cross-departmental collaboration and support.</li></ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Maintenance Operations</b></h5><ul><li>
Oversee all maintenance operations focused on safety, uptime, and preventive maintenance.</li><li>
Manage plant assets including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and utility systems.</li><li>
Ensure 24/7 maintenance coverage through effective on-call scheduling and breakdown response.</li><li>
Implement and optimize the <b>Preventative Maintenance (PM)</b> program using <b>Fiix</b> software to ensure uptime target.</li></ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Inventory &amp; Procurement</b></h5><ul><li>
Manage the parts inventory system to support high operational uptime and quick repair turnaround.</li><li>
Procure materials, supplies, and replacement parts in a timely, cost-effective manner.</li></ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Safety &amp; Compliance</b></h5><ul><li>
Promote and enforce safety standards, proactively identifying and minimizing risks.</li><li>
Oversee contractor and service provider relationships to ensure compliance with IPC policies and regulations.</li><li>
Lead maintenance safety meetings at least twice weekly.</li></ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Operational Efficiency &amp; Continuous Improvement</b></h5><ul><li>
Maintain exceptional housekeeping and organization standards across maintenance areas.</li><li>
Participate in budget planning and manage maintenance expenditures responsibly.</li><li>
Identify and lead improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, safety, and cost efficiency.</li></ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Teamwork &amp; Customer Service</b></h5><ul><li>
Model teamwork, communication, and professionalism across all departments.</li><li>
Collaborate with other IPC supervisors to deliver seamless plant operations.</li><li>
Maintain a strong customer service focus with both internal and external stakeholders.</li></ul><p></p><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Requirements</b></h5><ul><li>
Proven experience in <b>industrial maintenance management</b>, preferably in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>
Skilled in <b>mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC troubleshooting and repair</b>.</li><li>
Strong understanding of safety regulations, preventive maintenance, and process improvement.</li><li>
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.</li><li>
Proficiency in <b>maintenance management software</b> (Fiix experience preferred).</li><li>
Availability for 24/7 leadership accessibility, including occasional weekends or off-shift support.</li></ul><p></p><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Schedule &amp; Work Environment</b></h5><ul><li><b>
8-hour shifts</b>, Monday&ndash;Friday</li><li><b>
Weekend or off-shift work</b> as needed for maintenance coverage</li><li><b>
