As the Maintenance Supervisor, you oversee all aspects of plant maintenance and facilities management, ensuring safety, reliability, and continuous improvement in every process. Your leadership will shape a high-performing maintenance team and uphold IPC’s core values of safety, teamwork, and accountability.

Serve as a cultural leader, modeling IPC’s core values and fostering a cohesive, values-driven maintenance team.

Build and strengthen leadership structures that support team growth, accountability, and collaboration.

Maintain open, effective communication with plant management and production supervision.

Lead the maintenance team to promote cross-departmental collaboration and support.

Oversee all maintenance operations focused on safety, uptime, and preventive maintenance.

Manage plant assets including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and utility systems.

Ensure 24/7 maintenance coverage through effective on-call scheduling and breakdown response.

Implement and optimize the Preventative Maintenance (PM) program using Fiix software to ensure uptime target.

Manage the parts inventory system to support high operational uptime and quick repair turnaround.

Procure materials, supplies, and replacement parts in a timely, cost-effective manner.

Promote and enforce safety standards, proactively identifying and minimizing risks.

Oversee contractor and service provider relationships to ensure compliance with IPC policies and regulations.

Lead maintenance safety meetings at least twice weekly.

Maintain exceptional housekeeping and organization standards across maintenance areas.

Participate in budget planning and manage maintenance expenditures responsibly.

Identify and lead improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, safety, and cost efficiency.

Model teamwork, communication, and professionalism across all departments.

Collaborate with other IPC supervisors to deliver seamless plant operations.

Maintain a strong customer service focus with both internal and external stakeholders.

Proven experience in industrial maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Skilled in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC troubleshooting and repair.

Strong understanding of safety regulations, preventive maintenance, and process improvement.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in maintenance management software (Fiix experience preferred).

Availability for 24/7 leadership accessibility, including occasional weekends or off-shift support.
