Build long-term relationships with fleet managers, logistics pros, and operators who depend on commercial trucks to move their world.</li><li>
Deliver custom-tailored lease solutions across Hino, Isuzu, Autocar, and trucks powered by Allison &amp; Cummins.</li><li>
Own the sales cycle &mdash; from prospecting and proposals to closing deals and growing accounts.</li><li>
Crush your targets &mdash; because &ldquo;good enough&rdquo; isn&rsquo;t in your vocabulary.</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>
Proven experience in commercial truck, leasing, rental, or related sales.</li><li>
A relentless prospector with a track record of exceeding quotas.</li><li>
Strong negotiator and relationship builder who can turn a handshake into a contract.</li><li>
Independent, competitive, and motivated &mdash; but also a team player.</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record required.</li></ul>

40 Trucks/Year $164,000</div><div>
50 Trucks/Year $194,750</div><div>
60 Trucks/Year $225,500</div>
(Includes salary, commissions, car allowance, new account bonuses, and annual volume bonuses.)<ul><li>
$52K base salary + uncapped commission (six-figure potential is expected, not exceptional).</li><li>
Car allowance ($750/month) + company phone.</li><li>
Aggressive commission structure:<ul><li>
15% of total term GP on each lease.</li><li>
$2,000 new account bonuses.</li><li>
Tiered annual volume bonuses starting at 30 trucks/year.</li></ul></li><li>
