What You’ll Do

• Hunt down new business and win accounts from national competitors.
• Build long-term relationships with fleet managers, logistics pros, and operators who depend on commercial trucks to move their world.
• Deliver custom-tailored lease solutions across Hino, Isuzu, Autocar, and trucks powered by Allison & Cummins.
• Own the sales cycle — from prospecting and proposals to closing deals and growing accounts.
• Crush your targets — because “good enough” isn’t in your vocabulary.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in commercial truck, leasing, rental, or related sales.
• A relentless prospector with a track record of exceeding quotas.
• Strong negotiator and relationship builder who can turn a handshake into a contract.
• Independent, competitive, and motivated — but also a team player.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

On-Target Earnings (OTE) Highlights

Here’s what’s possible when you perform:

(Includes salary, commissions, car allowance, new account bonuses, and annual volume bonuses.)

• $52K base salary + uncapped commission (six-figure potential is expected, not exceptional).
• Car allowance ($750/month) + company phone.
• Aggressive commission structure:
  • 15% of total term GP on each lease.
  • $2,000 new account bonuses.
  • Tiered annual volume bonuses starting at 30 trucks/year.
