Job Duties:

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community’s revenue and occupancy goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Inspect community amenities and apartments to ensure units are move-in ready and schedule any outstanding maintenance.
• Handle all incoming sales and resident inquiries by phone, email, and online chat; manage follow-up on all requests.
• Input all activity and customer information into company-provided databases in a timely and accurate manner.

Minimum Qualifications / Expectations:

• Enjoys working with people and being a part of a dynamic team
• Clear and effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written; multilingual ability is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a good understanding of basic computer operations and internet programs.
• Schedule will require work on one weekend day and some holidays.
