The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic plans to expand our market presence. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and foster long-term partnerships.Duties<ul><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.</li><li>Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company goals.</li><li>Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.</li><li>Lead negotiations for contracts and proposals to secure new deals and expand existing accounts.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams on project management tasks related to new business initiatives.</li><li>Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify emerging opportunities.</li><li>Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and strategic recommendations for senior management.</li><li>Manage and maintain marketing and a social media presence.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a track record of achieving targets.</li><li>Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.</li><li>Strategic planning expertise to develop long-term growth initiatives.</li><li>Knowledge of marketing principles to support lead generation efforts.</li><li>Project management skills to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.</li><li>Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal teams.</li><li>Familiarity with customer relationship management tools and techniques.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.</li></ul>***Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, and will be subject to random testing.REQUIREMENTSMust Have<ul><li>Strong communication skills (phone, email, LinkedIn)</li><li>Ability to learn basic manufacturing terminology</li><li>Persistence and resilience in outbound outreach</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented working style</li><li>Social media and content creation comfort</li><li>Professional written communication</li><li>Reliable, consistent work ethic</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience in manufacturing or machining</li><li>Familiarity with aerospace supply chain</li><li>Graphic design / video editing basics</li><li>Prior BDR, SDR, or marketing experience</li><li>Experience managing company social pages</li></ul>Additional Information<ul><li>Must be willing to travel to meet customers and attend conference.</li><li>Competitive compensation package</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
