IET Provides Solar Energy Solutions in the field of Solar PV and Solar Thermal applications, Hybrid Solar Power plant, Electrical vehicle and Battery Storage Charging stations.Young technocrat having wide range of experience in different stream of industry with successful track record, more than 250MW Captive Power Plant experience in renewable along with Oil and Gas industries.We provide one stop solution in renewable industries from Concept to commissioning form kW to MW capacityRequirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in solar project coordination or a related role within the renewable energy sector.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and manage all phases of solar projects&mdash;from initial planning to execution and completion&mdash;ensuring timely delivery within the defined budget.</li><li>Conduct thorough site assessments, coordinate with site teams, and ensure all activities adhere to project specifications and safety standards.</li><li>Prepare, update, and maintain complete project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, technical specifications, and other required records.</li><li>Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve site-related issues by collaborating with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.</li><li>Maintain transparent and effective communication with project stakeholders including clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and deliverables.</li><li>Handle contract negotiations, change orders, and agreements with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring favorable terms for the company.</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of site operations and field activities in solar projects.</li><li>Ability to prepare detailed project reports, documentation, and technical records.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address site challenges efficiently.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
