Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in solar project coordination or a related role within the renewable energy sector.
• Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of solar projects—from initial planning to execution and completion—ensuring timely delivery within the defined budget.
• Conduct thorough site assessments, coordinate with site teams, and ensure all activities adhere to project specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare, update, and maintain complete project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, technical specifications, and other required records.
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve site-related issues by collaborating with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain transparent and effective communication with project stakeholders including clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and deliverables.
• Handle contract negotiations, change orders, and agreements with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of site operations and field activities in solar projects.
• Ability to prepare detailed project reports, documentation, and technical records.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address site challenges efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
