About the Company:We are a reputed yarn manufacturing company committed to excellence and quality in the textile industry. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and support our growing workforce.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle the end-to-end recruitment process &ndash; sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.</li><li>Manage payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.</li><li>Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, PT, and other applicable labor laws.</li><li>Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Maintain employee personal files/dossiers and HR databases.</li><li>Manage onboarding and exit formalities for employees.</li><li>Conduct factory visits and coordinate with site teams for HR operations.</li><li>Track and maintain daily attendance and leave records.</li><li>Draft professional emails, letters, and HR communications.</li><li>Prepare HR reports and manage data efficiently using MS Excel.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing setup.</li><li>Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT).</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and email drafting.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).</li><li>Good interpersonal skills and the ability to handle employee relations effectively.</li></ul>Work Schedule:<ul><li>Days: Monday to Saturday</li><li>Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;32,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
